We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@fadeinx.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
You will receive a full refund for the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@fadeinx.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If it's still not there, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
